BUDGETO DOES NOT REIMBURSE.
Why we do not refund a subscription:
1- The subscription to Budgeto is a subscription with automatic renewal (Note that all automatic renewal has been deactivated on March 1, 2019 for those users.). This information is clearly communicated to our customers during the selection and payment process. Our customers have the option to disable automatic renewal at any time during their subscription.
2- Before proceeding with a renewal, we send two reminder emails to our customers: the first is sent fourteen (14) days before the automatic renewal and the second is sent one (1) day before the automatic renewal. (Note that all automatic renewal has been deactivated on March 1, 2019 for those users.)
3- Processing a claim is expensive. We must pay the resources of the customer support department that processes the refund request. The accounting department must send a refund request to our Stripe provider and update the company's accounting records. We must also mobilize an IT developer who must manually change the status of your account in our database.
4- The cost of processing a refund request is therefore much higher than the cost of a subscription to Budgeto.
As a result, Budgeto does not reimburse.
