You can import HISTORICAL DATA into Budgeto three ways;
1- Syncing with QuickBooks Online (QBO),
2- Syncing with Xero,
3- Manually entering your company's historical information yourself.
1- Link with QuickBooks Online (QBO) |
Your company's financial information will be imported automatically from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To do so, please refer to this useful article:
- How to link QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Budgeto?
NOTE, Budgeto will never "write" anything into your QuickBooks Online account, as Budgeto only reads the data. Changes you make in your Budgeto account WILL NOT overwrite anything in your QuickBooks Online account.
2- Link with Xero |
Your company's financial information will be imported automatically from your Xero account. To do so, please refer to this useful article:
- How to LINK Xero to Budgeto?
NOTE, Budgeto will never "write" anything into your Xero, as Budgeto only reads the data. Changes you make in your Budgeto account WILL NOT overwrite anything in your Xero account.
3- Manually enter your HISTORICAL DATA |
If you do not have an accounting software that is compatible with Budgeto, such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero, then your historical financial information will need to be entered manually in two different sections into Budgeto:
- Enter your historical results in the “Historical Profit and Loss” menu;
- Enter your historical balance sheet in the “Historical Balance Sheet” menu.
IMPORTANT: In order to manually enter your HISTORICAL DATA, please refer to the article below: |
